Terms and Conditions – Bet Games Platform Rules

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bet games platform at betgames.plus, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users, whether registered or browsing as a guest.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of your registration and remain in effect for the duration of your account with bet games. If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply in full. Bet games reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

The bet games platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register and use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Not be acting on behalf of a third party or using funds belonging to someone else.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Bet games takes age verification seriously. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC) or passport. Accounts for which age cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during that period may be withheld until the matter is resolved.

If it is discovered that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits returned where possible, and any winnings voided. Bet games does not knowingly allow underage players on the platform.

03 Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold one account with bet games only. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, using different email addresses, or accessing from different devices – is a breach of these terms and may result in all accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information including your full name, date of birth, address and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these terms.

Bet games reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any time. As part of this process you may be asked to provide:

• A copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.
• Proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement.
• Proof of payment method ownership for the deposit and withdrawal methods linked to your account.

Until verification is completed, withdrawals may be placed on hold. Bet games will make reasonable efforts to complete verification promptly and will communicate any outstanding requirements clearly. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date – notify us if your contact details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. Bet games cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions on bet games are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not apply currency conversion or accept foreign currency deposits. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards.

Deposits are typically credited to your bet games balance quickly after confirmation by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions generally reflect within minutes.

• All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits – where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder – are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Bet games does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to your account balance.

Bet games reserves the right to request verification of a payment method before processing withdrawals to that method. This is a standard security measure to protect players and prevent fraud. If a deposit is found to have been made fraudulently or through a disputed transaction, the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested once your account has been fully verified. Funds are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Where this is not feasible, our support team will work with you to arrange an alternative.

• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount which is displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Processing times vary by method – JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• Bet games reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification documents have not been submitted or are under review.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Bet games runs an active promotions calendar throughout the year, including PSL cricket season specials, weekend reload bonuses, enhanced odds offers and cashback deals. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer on the Promotions page.

General bonus rules that apply across all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free bets not used within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Game contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots and live casino games may have different contribution percentages – check individual promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Unless specifically stated in a promotion, only one active bonus can be held at a time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing one is active may result in the first bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: Any strategy designed to exploit bonuses, including matched betting patterns or coordinated use across multiple accounts, is considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Welcome bonuses: Are available to new players only and can only be claimed once per household, IP address or device.

Bet games reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is removed, any bonus funds already credited will remain subject to the terms that applied at the time of crediting.

07 Betting Rules

Bet games offers sports betting across cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and a range of other sports. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after placement except where a cash-out option is available and active for that market.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within a specified period, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules depend on the sport and market type.
• Bet games reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrectly priced market due to a technical error, human error or data feed issue. In such cases the full stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and may vary by sport, market and event. These limits are set at bet games' sole discretion.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event will generally be voided unless they were placed in a live in-play market that was explicitly open at that time.
• Palpable error – where an obvious pricing mistake occurred – gives bet games the right to correct the odds and settle bets accordingly, even after the event has concluded.

08 Fair Play and Fraud Prevention

Bet games operates with a strict fair play policy. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate match or game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors knowingly and in bad faith.
• Money laundering or using the platform to move funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Creating accounts with false identification or using a stolen identity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Any form of match-fixing or insider information betting.

Our risk and fraud team monitors all accounts and betting activity. Where suspicious patterns are detected, accounts may be placed under review. During a review, deposits and withdrawals may be suspended temporarily while the investigation is ongoing. Bet games cooperates with law enforcement agencies in relation to any fraudulent or illegal activity identified on the platform.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Bet games is not liable for losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled platform downtime.

• Our liability in any single matter is limited to the amount of the deposit or bet directly in question.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits bet games' liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any form of liability that cannot be legally excluded.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Bet games reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players – typically by displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using bet games and contact support to close your account.
